Trusted to manage the IT infrastructure for a $50 million Internet and satellite video e-learning company with over 600,000 online users. Led data center & network support group to ensure 24x7 availability, integrity, and performance of critical enterprise systems and applications. Report directly to CIO/VP Information Technology. Hire, direct, review and mentor staff and contractors supporting up to 80 servers and 200-500 internal users. Administer database, web, email, ERP, and e-learning delivery systems running on Windows and AS/400 platforms in single and multi-site environments.

Recruited in 1997 to develop company�s 1st intranet system as it prepared a strategic transition from video to internet training delivery. Also served as email administrator, Windows and Netware network administrator. Performed Basis Administration, Change Control Administration and Security Authorizations development roles through a complex SAP ERP implementation in 1999-2000.

Performed user support, purchasing and asset management, network administration, mainframe and PC software maintenance and development.
